20 things to be grateful for today especially if you have them all

Here is a list of things to be very grateful today. If you are blessed enough to have them, remember, not everyone is. There are some things, a lot of us take for granted on a daily basic, which we shouldn’t for the simple reason that, we need them.

  1. Healthy mind
  2. Healthy levels of breathing
  3. Fully Functioning Skin
  4. Eyes & sight
  5. Ears & hearing
  6. Taste buds
  7. Speech
  8. Arms
  9. Fingers
  10. Healthy Bones
  11. Healthy Lungs
  12. Healthy Spleen
  13. Healthy kidneys
  14. Healthy Liver
  15. Healthy Intestines
  16. Women – healthy breast & reproductive organs.
  17. Male – healthy reproductive organs
  18. Legs
  19. Feet
  20. Toes – people really don’t understand how important these are without them, we have no balance.

 

A mind & body that is in fully functioning condition is something that really needs to be identified, recognized & respected. Without any of the above you would be a different person today. Think about that for a min or two & realize how much you have to be grateful for.
